| ‘Outdoor Training Facility From April, the official start of the spring season, training moves to the outdoor 800 meter long dirt track. Distance and speed are gradually increased as horses develop stamina and endurance. |

‘The Indoor Riding Facility Horses are educated in our 300 meter long indoor facility. The surface is composed of soft back designed to alleviate stress on the legs of young horses. |
| ‘Cooling Down Facility The cooling down course is used to physically relax and mentally calm the horses after rigorous training. |

‘Staff Meetings Senior management meetings are held daily to review and develop training schedules, nutritional menus, and rehabilitation programs, and to ensure that every care is maintained for each horse on the property. |
